Aljaksandr Lasutkin (born June 26, 1983 in Magadan , Soviet Union ) is a Belarusian cross-country skier .

Career

Lasutkin ran his first World Cup race in December 2003 in Val di Fiemme , which he finished with 51st place in the sprint. His best results at the Nordic World Ski Championships 2005 in Oberstdorf were 38th place over 15 km freestyle and 10th place in the team sprint. At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Pragelato , he finished 52nd in the sprint, 40th in the 50 km mass start race and 15th place over 15 km classic. In December 2006 he achieved his best individual World Cup result so far in La Clusaz with ninth place in the 30 km mass start race.

At the Nordic World Ski Championships 2007 in Sapporo Lasutkin came in 49th place over 15 km freestyle and 13th place with the relay. At the Winter Universiade 2007 in Pragelato he won gold over 10 km freestyle and in the 15 km pursuit race and silver over 30 km freestyle. His best placement at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Liberec in 2009 was 31st in the 50 km mass start race. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo in 2011 he reached 47th place in the 30 km pursuit race and 44th place over 15 km classic. He finished the Tour de Ski 2011/12 and Tour de Ski 2012/13 in 51st and 47th place overall. His best results at the Nordic World Ski Championships 2013 in Val di Fiemme were 46th place over 15 km freestyle and 14th place with the relay. In the Tour de Ski 2013/14 he came 42nd place. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , he took 54th place in the 30 km skiathlon, 49th place over 15 km classic and 14th place with the relay.
