Aljaksej Katkawez have so far achieved one national and two international successes.
Katkawez threw himself in 2017 at the U20 European Championships in Grosseto, Italy, with 76.91 m ahead of the French Lukas Moutarde (74.22 m) - only the first-placed Cyprian Mrzygłód from Poland threw on with 80.52 m.
