Allan Rushmer
Allan Rushmer ( Allan Trevor Rushmer; born February 27, 1944 in Birmingham ) is a former British long-distance runner .
In 1966 he won bronze over three miles for England starting at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston . At the European Athletics Championships in Budapest , he was fifth over 10,000 m .
Over 5000 m he was eliminated from the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, finished fourth at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh in 1970 and came 13th at the 1971 European Championship .
