Almas is a place in the Mé-Zóchi district on the island of São Tomé in the island state of São Tomé and Príncipe .

The place is at an altitude of about 40  m about one kilometer southwest of Praia Melão and 5 km south of the capital São Tomé at a point where the important roads EN 2 and EN no.2 (ES 6) intersect, above of the valley of the Rio Manuel Jorge .
