Mé-Zóchi is a district of São Tomé and Príncipe and is located on the island of São Tomé .

Mé-Zóchi borders Lobata and Água Grande in the north, Cantagalo and Caué in the south and Lembá in the east . The district has an area of 122 km² and 44,752 inhabitants (2012). The capital is Trindade with 16,140 inhabitants (2012).
