Alminas Mačiulis

Alminas Mačiulis (born March 31, 1961 ) is a Lithuanian civil servant, former politician and vice minister .

Life

In 1984 he graduated from the Gediminas Technical University in Vilnius with a diploma in transportation engineering . In 1997 he received his doctorate there.

From 1984 to 1991 he worked at the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences as a research assistant , from 1991 to 1993 he worked in the Lithuanian Ministry of Transport . From 2001 to 2002 he was Deputy Minister , from 2002 to 2009 as State Secretary and 2009–2011 as Chancellor in the Ministry of Transport. From 2012 he was Chancellor of Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius .
