The Almsdorf Church

Almsdorf has been part of the community of Gröst since 1948 . In 2006, however, Gröst was incorporated into the town of Müuellen (Geiseltal) in the Saale district .

history

Until 1815 the place was an official village of the Saxon Office Freyburg . In 1589, 24 possessed men lived here, including two Anspänner and 22 Hintersättler. The place was under the Regional Court of Rossbach . The local corridor bordered at that time with the Dorfflur Leiha and the pigeon local dishes. At that time the church was already a branch of Gröst.

In 1822 the population had dropped to 76 people who lived in 20 houses and belonged to the Prussian district of Querfurt .

Almsdorf is the home of pop singer Franziska .
