Alois Schindler (born November 15, 1948 ) is a former German soccer player and coach.
Career
Schindler began his career at 1. FC Normannia Gmünd , after being promoted in the late 1960s, the team played under coach Lothar Weise for the title in the third-class first amateur league in Northern Württemberg in the early 1970s . The team was runner-up behind SSV Ulm 1846 in the 1971/72 season . So she qualified for the German amateur championship in 1972 , in which she was only eliminated in the semifinals against the later title holder FSV Frankfurt .
In 1973 Schindler moved to the Stuttgarter Kickers , for which he was used 134 times in the Regionalliga Süd and the 2nd Bundesliga until 1977 , scoring 4 goals. In 1977 the defender moved to Heidenheimer SB .
After his career, Schindler returned to his hometown Schwäbisch Gmünd and worked as a trainer in the vicinity. a. he worked for 1. FC Germania Bargau and TSV Waldhausen .
