Aloys Wingender

Aloys Wingender (born November 10, 1903 in Krümmel , † February 2, 1952 in Monzingen ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

After graduating from elementary school and attending commercial and agricultural schools, Wingender worked as an independent businessman. During the Second World War he did military service. After the end of the war he worked in local government.

Wingender joined the SPD in 1925. After 1945 he worked again for the Social Democrats, became chairman of the SPD sub-district Hunsrück-Nahe and was a member of the SPD district executive for Rhineland / Hesse-Nassau from 1947 to 1950. In 1945 he was appointed acting mayor in the Monzingen office and from 1948 to 1952 he was elected mayor. He was also a member of the district council and the district committee in the Kreuznach district .

In the state elections in 1951 , Wingender was elected to the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament via a list of the SPD . He was a member of the Agricultural Policy Committee. After his death, Wilhelm Maschke replaced him in parliament.
