The Old Synagogue in Wysokie Mazowieckie , a Polish city ​​in the Podlaskie Voivodeship , was built in 1722. The wooden synagogue was demolished in the 1870s due to its disrepair . It was replaced by the New Synagogue .

The old synagogue with a pyramid roof had a separate women's area on the north side.
