The synagogue in Siemiatycze , a Polish city ​​in the powiat Siemiatycki of the Podlaskie Voivodeship , was built in 1824 after a fire destroyed the previous building. The secular synagogue in the classicism style is a protected cultural monument .

The interior of the synagogue at 1 Zaszkolna Street was devastated and used as a department store during the Second World War .

The synagogue building was renovated in the early 1960s and then served as a concert hall. An exhibition on Jewish history in Siemiatycze was set up in the women's gallery.
