Old Town Hall (Wolmirstedt)
The old town hall is the former town hall of the city of Wolmirstedt in Saxony-Anhalt . The listed building is now used as a residential and commercial building.
The core of the two-storey building at Friedensstrasse 1 is likely to date from around 1600. The simple portal in the style of the Renaissance can still be seen from this time . Major renovations took place in 1718, 1907 and 1959. The house, designed in the neo-renaissance style , is crowned by a high hipped roof . In the middle of the street-side facade of the plastered building is a dwarf house shaped by a tail gable .
