Alturas do Barroso e Cerdedo is a Portuguese municipality ( freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Boticas in northern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Alturas do Barroso and Cerdedo . Alturas do Barroso became the seat of the new administration.
