Vilar e Viveiro is a Portuguese parish ( freguesia ) in the district ( concelho ) Boticas in northern Portugal .

history

The municipality was created in the course of the regional reform of September 29, 2013 by merging the former municipalities of Vilar and São Salvador de Viveiro . São Salvador de Viveiro became the seat of the new administration.
