Amílcar-Cabral-Cup 1979
The Amílcar-Cabral-Cup 1979 ( Portuguese Taça Amilcar Cabral ) was the first edition of the West African Championship named after Amílcar Cabral (today's Zone A). It took place between January 7 and 14, 1979 in Bissau , the capital of Guinea-Bissau . The winner was the Senegal national team .
