Amber Anning (born November 18, 2000 ) is a British sprinter who specializes in the 400-meter run .

Athletic career

Amber Anning gained her first international experience in 2017 when she won the bronze medal in 53.68 s at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Nassau . In 2019 she took part in the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow , but retired there with 53.26 s in the first round, but won the silver medal behind the team in the British 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 29.55 min from Poland. Then she won the silver medal in the individual competition at the U20 European Championships in Borås, Sweden in 52.18 s and won the relay in 3: 33.03 min.

She is a student at Louisiana State University .
