Amir H. Hoveyda

Amir Hossein Hoveyda (born April 5, 1959 ) is a professor of chemistry at Boston College in the USA . Hoveyda was at in 1986, Yale University for Ph. D. doctorate and then completed a postdoctoral -Stay at Harvard University . From 1994 to 1996 he was a Sloan Research Fellow .

His work included his studies on asymmetric catalysis and contributions to the development of catalysts for olefin metathesis . His work on N -heterocyclic carbene ligands from the field of organometallic catalysis has been published in specialist media.
