Ammerstetten is a district of the municipality Schnürpflingen in the Alb-Donau district in Baden-Württemberg . The hamlet is located northwest of Schnürpflingen on the district road 7368 to Hüttisheim .
history
The place is first mentioned in 1275. Ammerstetten belonged to the county of Kirchberg .
The hamlet could have grown together from two living spaces, since in 1905 one part belonged to the parish of Hüttisheim and another part to the parish of Schnürpflingen (until 1839 to Staig ).
