Amperland is a quarterly local journal for the districts and large district towns of Dachau , Freising and Fürstenfeldbruck .
It was founded by the Dachau homeland researcher Gerhard Hanke and first appeared in 1965. After his death in 1998, it has been published by Wilhelm Liebhart since 1999 . It is printed by the Bayerland printing and publishing house in Dachau, relocated from the city of Dachau.
The editorial team has given itself regional responsibilities. Wilhelm Liebhart looks after the district of Dachau, Andreas Bräunling the city of Dachau, Rudolf Goerge the district Freising, Florian Notter the city Freising, Lothar Altmann the district Fürstenfeldbruck, Klaus Wollenberg the city Fürstenfeldbruck.
Awards
- 1995 the Federal Prize of German Home Magazines as the best German regional magazine
- 2003 the Tassilo Prize of the Süddeutsche Zeitung .
