The administrative district Šventoji ( lit.Sventosios seniūnija ) is an administrative district with 1650 inhabitants in the municipality of Palanga ( Klaipėda district ), Lithuania . It was founded in autumn 1995. The territory was specified on December 30, 2008.

The Šventoji spa and the former village of Būtingė belong to the administrative district . The Būtingė oil terminal , which belongs to the Lithuanian oil company Mažeikių Nafta , has been in operation here since 1999. In the administrative district there is the port of Šventoji and the forestry department of Šventoji. In 2011 there were three employees in the administrative district administration. Since 2011 there have been three sub-districts ( seniūnaitija ): Monciškių (head of Valdis Skudikis), Šventoji (Ramutis Šeštokas) and Būtingės (Emigijus Lukošius). A municipality (presidency: Irena Galdikienė) is active in the district.
