Mykossen district

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Mykossen district was a Prussian district in the Johannisburg district ( Gumbinnen district , from 1905: Allenstein district ) in the province of East Prussia , which was founded on April 8, 1874. On November 15, 1938, the district was named "Arenswalde District".

The administrative district, based in Mykossen (1938–45 Ahrenswalde , today Mikosze ), originally consisted of eight villages, but in the end there were six due to structural changes.
