Marktoberdorf District Court

The Marktoberdorf District Court (until 1898 Oberdorf District Court , until 1953 Markt Oberdorf District Court ) was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Marktoberdorf in Bavaria from 1879 to 1973 .

When the Courts Constitution Act came into force on October 1, 1879, a district court was formed in Oberdorf, today's Marktoberdorf, whose district was identical to the previous district court district of Oberdorf . It was subordinate to the Kempten Regional Court . The district court was dissolved in 1973 and the district was assigned to the Kaufbeuren district court .
