The Immenstadt District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Immenstadt im Allgäu in Bavaria from 1879 to 1970 .

history

On October 1, 1879, on the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act in Bavaria, a district court was established in Immenstadt , the district of which was congruent with that of the previous district court in Immenstadt and thus the communities of Aach , Akams , Balderschwang , Blaichach , Bolsterlang , Bühl , Diepolz , Eckarts , Fischen , Gunzesried , Immenstadt, Missen , Niedersonthofen , Obermaiselstein , Ofterschwang , Staufen , Stein , Stiefenhofen , Thalkirchdorf , Tiefenbach and Wilhams . The higher authority was the Kempten Regional Court . With effect from October 1, 1938, there was an exchange of territory with the Sonthofen District Court , while Bolsterlang, Fischen, Obermaiselstein, Ofterschwang and Tiefenbach were assigned to the Sonthofen District Court district, the places Ottacker , Rauhenzell , Rettenberg , Untermaiselstein and Vorderburg could be incorporated from that Sprengel.

On January 1, 1970, the Immenstadt District Court was repealed and the district was assigned to the Sonthofen District Court .
