Immenstadt District Court
The Royal District Court of Immenstadt was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1806 to 1879 and was based in Immenstadt in what is now the Oberallgäu district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .
This Bavarian judicial and administrative district should not be confused with that of Emperor Friedrich III. awarded the Rothenfels Regional Court of Immenstadt, which replaced the Immenstadt City Court in 1471 and existed until 1804, after which the Imperial Austrian Oberamt Immenstadt followed for two years.
