District Court of Nordhausen

The Amtsgericht Nordhausen is next to the local courts (AG) Heiligenstadt , Sondershausen , Mulhouse , one of four district courts in the District Court of Mulhouse.

The district court has a total of around 60 employees, including 7.5 judges and around 13.5 legal clerks .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Nordhausen and is at Rudolf-Breitscheid-Str. 6 housed. The judicial district of the Nordhausen District Court includes the core town of Nordhausen and its incorporations, the towns of Ellrich and Bleicherode and the administrative communities Goldene Aue, Hohnstein / Südharz and Hainleite, as well as the unified communities of Werther and Hohenstein and ultimately the community of Sollstedt. The Nordhausen District Court thus has more than 90,000 court residents .

Superior courts

The Regional Court of Mühlhausen and the Thuringian Higher Regional Court are superordinate to the AG Nordhausen .
