District court Sondershausen

The Sondershausen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction . It is one of four local courts (AG) in the district of the regional court in Mühlhausen .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Sondershausen , the district town of the Kyffhäuserkreis in the north of Thuringia . The 1038 km² judicial district extends to the Kyffhäuserkreis with 43 communities. Around 76,000 people live in it.

Agricultural matters are handled by the Mühlhausen District Court . For the leadership of the trade , cooperative and partnership register is Jena District Court jurisdiction. The central dunning court is the Aschersleben District Court .

Superior courts

The district court Mühlhausen is superordinate to the AG Sondershausen . The competent higher regional court is the Thuringian higher regional court in Jena .
