Aschersleben District Court
The Aschersleben District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Germany. It belongs to the district of the Magdeburg Regional Court and the Naumburg Higher Regional Court .
The seat of the court is Aschersleben . The office building is located at Theodor-Roemer-Weg 3 , west of the city center of Aschersleben. In Staßfurt there is a branch of the court at Lehrter Straße 15 . The joint dunning court of the federal states of Saxony , Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia was set up there on May 1, 2007 . Before that, there was an independent district court in Staßfurt in Staßfurt .
