The district court of Oerlinghausen was a district court in Oerlinghausen in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Lippe until 1979 . It was subordinate to the Detmold district court . Its former district was divided up and is now part of the Detmold District Court and the Lemgo District Court .
The district court of Oerlinghausen was set up like the other district courts of Lippe in 1879 and was last responsible for the area of today's city of Oerlinghausen and the municipality of Leopoldshöhe . The courthouse is located in the main street Oerlinghauser 32 and No. 25 as a monument in the town monument list entered. In the course of administrative simplifications, the district of the district court of Oerlinghausen was added to the district court districts of Detmold (area of Oerlinghausen) and Lemgo (area of Leopoldshöhe).
