The district court of Oerlinghausen was a district court in Oerlinghausen in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Lippe until 1979 . It was subordinate to the Detmold district court . Its former district was divided up and is now part of the Detmold District Court and the Lemgo District Court .

The district court of Oerlinghausen was set up like the other district courts of Lippe in 1879 and was last responsible for the area of ​​today's city of Oerlinghausen and the municipality of Leopoldshöhe .
