Polle District Court

The Polle District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Polle .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office of Polle and the city of Bodenwerder . The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Hameln . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .

In 1932 the district court was closed and the judicial district was assigned to that of the Bad Pyrmont district court .
