District Court Springe

The District Court of Springe is one of six district courts in the district of the District Court of Hanover . It is based in Springe in Lower Saxony .

Responsibilities

The District Court of Springe is responsible for the cities of Springe and Pattensen . The Hanover Regional Court is superordinate to it. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Celle .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. We included the Office Jump belonging villages Altenhagen , Alvesrode , to Cölln field , Saupark , Bölssen , Mittelrode , Bockerode that Vorwerk valley and the single house Daberge. The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Hameln . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .

The district court is located on Zum Oberntor street in the city center. The building is a late baroque mansion from 1775.
