Coppenbrügge District Court

The District Court of Coppenbrügge was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Coppenbrügge .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the Coppenbrügge office . The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Hameln .

In 1859 the Lauenstein District Court was repealed and its judicial district was added to that of the Coppenbrügge District Court. With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .

In 1932 the District Court in Coppenbrügge was dissolved and assigned to the district of the District Court of Hameln , but only a year later the District Court of Coppenbrügge was re-established before it was finally abolished in 1956.
