In the course of this, on October 1, 1852, a district court was established at Grohnde, the district of which was formed from the district of the previous office of Grohnde-Ohsen, with the exception of the town of Tündern, and consequently the communities of Grohnde, Bessinghausen , Börry , Brockensen , Emmern , Esperde , Frenke , Hagenohsen , Hajen , Hastenbeck , Kirchohsen , Latferde , Lüntorf , Völkerhausen and Voremberg included. The higher authority was the Hamelin Higher Court .
On May 16, 1859, the Grohnde District Court was repealed and its entire district was assigned to the Hameln District Court .
