District court Aerzen

The District Court of Aerzen was a court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1852 to 1859 and was based in Aerzen .

history

After the revolution of 1848 the administration of justice was separated from the administration in the Kingdom of Hanover and the patrimonial jurisdiction was abolished. As part of this took place on October 1, 1852 on the establishment of the District Court Aerzen, whose district from the the Office Hameln belonging villages Aerzen, Amelgatzen , Dehmke , Dehrenberg , Deitlevsen , Gellersen , Griessem , Gross Berkel , Grupenhagen , Hämelschenburg , Königsförde , Laatzen , Multhöpen ,Reher , Reinerbeckerhorst , Schwöbber , Selxen and Welsede . The higher authority was the Hamelin Higher Court .

On May 16, 1859, the Aerzen District Court was repealed and its entire district was assigned to the Hameln District Court .
