Anatoly Sergejewitsch Kulikow ( Russian Анатолий Сергеевич Куликов ; born September 4, 1946 in Aigursky , Stavropol region ) is a Russian general and politician.

He was Minister of the Interior of the Russian Federation from 1995 to 1998 . The units that got out of control in the village of Samashki during the First Chechen War in the spring of 1995 were under his command.
