Andres Leopoldo Valencia Benavides (* 1948 ) is a former Mexican and ambassadors .

Life

Andrés Leopoldo Valencia Benavides is married to Consuelo Ayala de Valencia. and the Orden de San Carlos of the Grand Cross category of the Government of Colombia.

On August 17, 2009, Felipe Calderón had breakfast in Brasília and Andrés Leopoldo Valencia Benavides tried to advise him. Calderón was resistant to advice and Valencia Benavides was removed from the diplomatic service.
