Oliver Albert Farres Martins (born January 15, 1943 in Mexico City ) is a Mexican ambassador .

Life

Oliver Albert Farres Martins was general director of the daily newspaper El Grafico in Tijuana and ran the advertising company Esencias y Materias, SA

In 1973, Oliver Albert Farres Martins founded the Asociación de Consejeros Comerciales y Económicos in Venezuela and served it until 1974.

From 1972 to 1975 Oliver Albert Farres Martins was the economic councilor of the Instituto Mexicano de Comercio Exterior in Trinidad and Tobago and the Netherlands Antilles . From May to October 1977 he was economic councilor of the Instituto Mexicano de Comercio Exterior in Spain and Portugal.

From 1975 to 1978 he was the Economic Council of the Instituto Mexicano de Comercio Exterior in the United Kingdom and Ireland. From 1978 to 1980 he was head of the support and service department at the Instituto Mexicano de Comercio Exterior . From 1980 to 1983 he was head of the economic development department at the Instituto Mexicano de Comercio Exterior . From 1983 to 1984 he was head of the bilateral relations department in the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores . From 1984 to 1992 he was Consul General in Dallas Texas. In July 1992 Oliver Albert Farres Martins was appointed Consul General in Chicago and received on September 28, 1992 the exequatur for the office which he held until 1995 at 300 N. Michigan Av., Suite 200, 60601.

In 1998 Oliver Albert Farres became Martin's consul general in San Juan, Puerto Rico , Puerto Rico .
