Andrés Schetino , full name Edgardo Andrés Schetino Yancev , (born May 26, 1994 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
society
The 1.83 meter tall midfielder Schetino has been in the first division squad of the Montevideo-based club Centro Atlético Fénix since at least the 2013/14 season . During that season he played 20 times in the Primera División . He didn't score a goal. In the 2014/15 season he was used 19 times (two goals) in the top Uruguayan league. This was followed by 14 more premier league appearances (one goal) in Apertura 2015. He then moved to Fiorentina in mid-January 2016 and was loaned to second division club AS Livorno at the end of that month . There he did not play a league game until the end of the season. At the end of July 2016, he switched to Sevilla Atlético , the second team of Sevilla FC, on loan . In the 2016/17 season he played 20 times (no goal) in the Spanish league. He then initially returned to Fiorentina.
Another loan to Esbjerg fB followed in the summer of 2017 .
National team
In the U-20 national team of Uruguay , he came under coach Juan Verzeri on November 13, 2012 in the 0-0 draw in the friendly against Gimnasia LP for his only appearance in this age group. On May 19, 2015, he was initially nominated by coach Fabián Coito for the provisional U-22 squad at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto . After all, he was on the final squad and won the tournament with the Celeste.
