Andrea Lewis
Andrea Lewis (born August 15, 1985 in Pickering , Ontario ) is a Canadian actress and singer .
Life and accomplishments
Lewis has Jamaican and Portuguese ancestors , among others . She attended a Catholic school in her hometown. The actress made her debut alongside Alfre Woodard in the drama Down in the Delta (1998), which u. a. as Best movie of the Prism Award received. In the comedy Soldat Kelly (2002) she played one of the bigger roles on the side of Hilary Duff and Christy Carlson Romano . From 2002 to 2006 she was in the television series Degrassi: The Next Generation . For this role, she was nominated for the Young Artist Award in 2003 and 2006 together with several other participants .
In 2005, Lewis made her debut as a singer with the album Float Away . After that she released some singles.
