Andreas Boeckh

Andreas Boeckh (born April 17, 1944 in Tübingen ) is a German political scientist .

Life

From 1965 to 1972 he studied political science, sociology, and history in Tübingen, Göttingen and Gainesville . After receiving his doctorate in 1972 ( PhD ) at the University of Florida , he was a DFG habilitation fellow from 1973 to 1975 . He was a professor at the University of Essen (1975–1989) and at the University of Tübingen (1989–2008).
