Andreas Döllerer

Andreas Döllerer (born April 21, 1979 in Hallein , Salzburg) is an Austrian chef .

Career

From 1993 to 1996 Döllerer attended the hotel management school in Bad Hofgastein . After a few stints in Austria and Italy, he worked from 2000 to 2001 in the Dieter Müller restaurant in the Schlosshotel Lerbach in Bergisch Gladbach. Since 2004 he has been cooking as head chef at the Döllerer restaurant in Golling , where he is working on perfecting his “Cuisine Alpine”.

Awards

Andreas Döllerer has been awarded twice as Chef of the Year (2010 Gault Millau , 2015 Rolling Pin), once as Inspiration Chef (Rolling Pin 2016) and with the Trophee Gourmet for creative cuisine (A la carte 2008). He was restaurateur of the year ( Falstaff 2013) and the renowned Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung named him international chef of the year in January 2018 . His restaurant in Falstaff and a la carte has the highest rating of 4 forks and 5 stars respectively. Gault Millau lists Döllerer with 4 toques (18.5 / 20 points).
