Andreas J. Geipel

Andreas J. Geipel (born October 6, 1966 in Munich ) is a German lawyer who was briefly used in the 1st Wrestling League.

Life

Geipel studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich from 1987 to 1992 , but only did his doctorate in 2008 on “The necessity of objectifying the evaluation of evidence” at the University of Passau . Geipel's doctoral supervisor was Werner Beulke .

Geipel has been working as a lawyer since 1995 and has been publicizing publications on procedural law since 2003, partly with co-authors (including Ralf Eschelbach ) and partly as sole author. Geipel's main work is the “Handbook of Evidence Assessment”.

In the opinion of Geipels, false evaluations of evidence are the main cause of legal errors . Geipel commented on the reasons and causes of misjudgments in the MDR broadcasts. The fact is ...! and Exact - The Story.

In the 2007/2008 season, Geipel was used by his home club SV Siegfried Hallbergmoos in the semifinals of the German team championship in the 1st Wrestling League. Geipel started wrestling very late and was mainly trained by Alfons Hecher . In 1980/1981 he played as a goalkeeper in the C-youth team of FC Bayern Munich . Uli Bayerschmidt and Manfred Schwabl from that year have been transferred to the first team at FC Bayern.

Geipel was included in the list of proposals by the Federal Bar Association in 2012 to prepare for the election of lawyers at the Federal Court of Justice (Section 166 (2) No. 1 BRAO), but was unable to achieve the required majority in the election of July 29, 2013.
