Andreas Wisniewski
Andreas Wisniewski (born July 3, 1959 in Berlin ) is a German actor and director who initially worked mainly in the USA .
Life
After training in Berlin, London, Copenhagen and Paris, Wisniewski first worked as a ballet dancer in Berlin and Munich before turning to acting. He already had a small role as a border officer in Elton John's music video for Nikita (1985) . He made his film debut in the British film Gothic by Ken Russell before he had his best-known and greatest role as Killer Necros in the James Bond film The Living Daylight. He had a similar role in John McTiernan's Die Hard , in which he played one of Gruber's accomplices and as a creepy kidnapper and torturer in the truck in the British production Hush . In recent years he has been working more and more in Germany, for example in the television series Ein starkes Team , Die Wache , Balko , SOKO 5113 and Alarm für Cobra 11 . He made his directorial debut in 2001 with the film Willows and made a cameo on Mission: Impossible in 2011 .
