Andrei Wiktorowitsch Kolesnikow ( Russian Андрей Викторович Колесников ; born February 26, 1989 in Barnaul , Russian SFSR ) is a former Russian ice hockey player who was most recently under contract with HK Tschelmet Tscheljabinsk in the Vysschaja Hockey League .

Career

Andrei Kolesnikow comes from the junior division of the HK Awangard Omsk , for whose juniors he was active until 2005. He then moved to the youth department of HK CSKA Moscow , for whose second team he was eligible to play in the third-rate Pervaya League until 2006 . In parallel, the defender played in the 2006/07 season for Neftjanik Leninogorsk in the Wysschaja Liga , the second Russian division. In the following season was only active for Neftjanik and scored 14 points scorer in 51 games.

From the 2008/09 season Kolesnikow stood for Vityas Chekhov in the newly formed Continental Hockey League on the ice. Between 2009 and 2011 he also played for Vitya's junior team in the multinational youth league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja Liga . In November 2011 he was transferred to Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk within the KHL .
