Andrej Fuchs (born June 25, 1966 in Ust-Kamenogorsk , Kazakh SSR , Soviet Union ) is a former German - Kazakh ice hockey player and ice hockey coach.

Career

Andrei Fuchs began his career in 1986 in the second Soviet division with Torpedo Ust-Kamenogorsk , where he played with a brief interruption until 1990. In 1991 he moved to EC Ratingen together with his brother Boris Fuchs , where he was under contract until 1997. He was then committed to eating by the Mosquitos for two seasons . Further stations were ES Weißwasser , Neusser EV and Herner EV .

Following his successful playing career, he was hired by Neusser EV in 2008, initially as a player-coach and later as head coach for the first team. With a brief interruption, he remained loyal to this task for a total of nine years. In November 2017, he was released from his job by mutual agreement with the board of directors.

He has been training the Ratinger Ice Aliens since the 2019/2020 season.
