Andrej Hermanovich crucian ( Belarusian Андрэй Германовіч Караў , Russian Андрей Германович Карев / Andrei Hermanovitch Karev * 12. February 1985 in Elektrostal , Russian SFSR ) is a Belarusian ice hockey player who since 2003 when Yunost Minsk in Belarusian Extraliga is under contract.

Career

Andrej Karau played for Elemasch Elektrostal in his hometown until 2003 , before moving to HK Junost Minsk , for which he has played almost exclusively since then. Only in the 2009/10 season he played six parallel games for HK Dinamo Minsk in the Continental Hockey League . With Junost Minsk, the defender won the Belarusian championship title at national level in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2011 and the Belarusian cup competition in 2004. At European level he was successful with Junost in the IIHF Continental Cup in 2007 and 2011 .

International

For Belarus , he played at the U20 World Junior Championship in 2005 and the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver .
