Andrew Frost
Andrew "Andy" Frost (born April 17, 1981 ) is a British hammer thrower .
At the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne , he finished fourth for England . Starting for Scotland, he finished fourth in New Delhi in 2010 and ninth in Glasgow in 2014 .
He was twice British Champion (2007, 2013) and five times Scottish Champion (2005-2008, 2010, 2011). He set his personal best of 72.79 m on May 22, 2011 in Loughborough .
