David Lanzenberg

David Lanzenberg (* in the 20th century in Paris , France) is a French cameraman who oversaw various cinema productions in the USA, including films such as Celeste & Jesse , The Signal , Forever Adaline and Margo's Footsteps .

life and career

The father of Paris-born Lanzenberg is an art dealer and his mother an artist and filmmaker. In 1984 he came to the United States.

At the beginning of his career he photographed commercials and music videos before he started working as a camera assistant on TV productions ( Deadly Class Reunion ) and various short films such as The Date in the mid-1990s . In 2006 he worked as a camera assistant in the cinema production Lunch Break by director Kurt Voelker. In the 2010s he began to work as the chief cameraman himself.

In 2012, director Lee Toland Krieger hired him for his romantic comedy Celeste & Jesse with Rashida Jones , Andy Samberg and Elijah Wood in the leading roles. In 2014 he photographed the science fiction thriller The Signal by William Eubank . In 2015, he worked for films such as Forever Adaline with the cast Blake Lively , Michiel Huisman and Harrison Ford, as well as the cinema production Margo's footsteps by director Jake Schreier .
