Andrew Robathan
Andrew Robathan (born July 17, 1951 in Surrey , England ) is a British politician (Conservative Party).
From 1992 to 2010 he was a Member of the House of Commons . The former Minister of State for Northern Ireland is one of the 89 people from the European Union against whom Moscow imposed an entry ban in 2015 in connection with the Crimean crisis .
