Andrija Mandić ( Cyrillic : Андрија Мандић ; born January 19, 1965 in Šavnik ) is the chairman and one of the co-founders of the Montenegrin party Nova srpska Demokratie ( New Serbian Democracy , NSD), which was established in 2009 by the union of the Serbian People's Party with the New Socialist Party originated. Mandić was previously chairman of the Serbian People's Party.

Mandić graduated from the Metallurgical-Technical Faculty in Podgorica. Since 2001 he has been a member of the Montenegrin Parliament. He was the top candidate of the list association Serbian List in the 2006 parliamentary election and the NSD in the 2009 parliamentary election .

He ran for President of Montenegro in the 2008 Montenegrin presidential election . Mandić achieved 64,473 votes (19.55%), an increase of 14,743 votes for his list association Serbian List compared to the last parliamentary election in Montenegro in 2006 when 49,730 votes went to the Serbian list and Andrija Mandić as a candidate for the office of prime minister. The opposition candidates together received 158,669 votes (48.11%). Like the other opposition candidates, Mandić failed to achieve the election goal declared to be an election victory; reaching the second round of voting, as incumbent Filip Vujanović overcame the 50% hurdle for a successful election as president in the first round with just 1.88% or 6,215 votes.
