Andrzej Wojciech Fiedor (born January 2, 1946 in Koniaków ) is a former Polish biathlete who successfully competed internationally in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

Andrzej Fiedor was active for WKS Legia Zakopane and was trained by Stanisława Zięby. He made an outstanding international debut when he won the title at the first ever Biathlon Junior World Championships in Altenberg in 1969 alongside Józef Gąsienica Sobczak and Andrzej Rapacz . The trained farmer's first international championship was the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble , where he missed an Olympic medal by just one place alongside Józef Różak , Stanisław Łukaszczyk and Stanisław Szczepaniak in the relay as fourth.

After that, he was rarely able to fulfill the hopes placed in him. In 1971 he finished 32nd in the singles at the World Championships in Hämeenlinna . The next major event was the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo , where Fiedor reached 48th place in the individual. The last time he started was in Minsk in 1974 at a World Cup. In the sprint he finished 28th, in the singles place 26th National Fiedor won the title in 1968 and 1969 with the relay. He was runner-up in 1970 with the relay and in 1968, 1970 and 1973 in the individual.
